1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Most websites use them to track you across the web. We don’t.

2. Local Storage

We may use local storage to remember your theme preference (Dark Mode vs Light Mode) or your scroll position when reading the Protocol. This data never leaves your browser.

3. Authentication

If you log into the web dashboard (Alpha), we use a single secure session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie contains no personal information and is deleted when you log out.
